Apple Today 09/17/2015 Fed Day (AAPL)

Good Morning,
The big day is here! NASDAQ Futures are down 10 with +1 Fair Value, Dow Futures are down 38 on this historic Fed decision day. The "fireworks show" is expected at 2am. Besides the big "decision" there is also a lot of other economic data arriving today. China ended mixed today and European markets are down. Oil is starting the day off weak and Earnings straggler Oracle (ORCL) reported yesterday after the bell and is down over 2% on guidance while Adobe (ADBE) reports this afternoon. GOP debate was last night.
AAPL teeter-tottered from red to green twice yesterday and ended closing the intra-day session up 13 cents 116.41. Following a fairly similar "pattern" as yesterday, AAPL sold off at the open, dropping as low as 115.44 within the first 15 minutes of trading on relatively high volume, then spent the next hour recovering. Peaking at 116.54 at 11:30am on moderate volume, AAPL wobbled back to 115.7 by 3pm on average volume before reversing in the last hour to close green. After-hours was uneventful with AAPL again trading in a tight range on low volume, ending the session within pennies of the intra-day close.
This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up slightly lower at 4am on low volume and has drifted lower throughout the morning on relatively moderate volume. AAPL hit a low of 115.57 at 7:57am before a buyer swooped in picking up 14.2k shares. Afterwards AAPL bounced to upper-115 levels but has since dipped back near the low, hitting 115.56 at 8:54am on relatively high volume. AAPL is currently down 75 cents at 115.66.
Classic max-pain is 116.
