Apple Today - 10/26/2015 (AAPL)

Good Morning,
NASDAQ Futures are down 4 with -7 Fair Value, Dow Futures are down 5 as we begin another huge week of earnings. Asian markets were mostly green, with Hong Kong as the exception closing down 0.15%. China ended up 0.50% and Japan closed up 0.65%. European markets are mixed. UK is flat, Germany is up slightly and France is currently down about 0.5%. Oil is flat, natural gas is down sharply 3-4% and gold is up slightly in pre-market. We had a strong ending to earnings last week with Google, Amazon and Microsoft delivering on earnings and rallying for OPEX. Notable earnings heading our way this afternoon include American Capital Agency Corp (AGNC), Edwards Lifesciences (EW), Rent-A-Center (RCII) and Cheesecake Factory (CAKE).
AAPL had a superb day on Friday, ending a terrific week with gains over 7%. In a rare showing, AAPL opened up on OPEX day, took a very brief dip to 116.33 at 9:38am on huge volume before catapulting up over 118 by 10am on equally strong volume. All afternoon AAPL continued to defy gravity and traded in a narrow range but yet headed upwards, peaking at 119.23 at 2:54pm before settling slightly and ending the day and week at 119.08. After-hours was uneventful with AAPL gaining 9 cents to 119.17.
This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened lower at 118.99 and sold down below 118 by 7:30 am, reaching a low of 117.57 at 7:32am on high volume. Bouncing slightly after that, AAPL regained as high as 118.18 at 8:38am on high volume for a short time before struggling to hold 118. AAPL is currently down 1.30 at 117.78.
