Apple Today - 10/12/2015 (AAPL)

Happy Columbus Day! NASDAQ Futures are up 4 with +4 Fair Value, Dow Futures are up 4. Asian markets closed up, Shanghai over 3%, Shenzhen over 4% and Japan and Hong Kong markets closed up between 1-2%. European markets are currently mixed with Germany up slightly at 0.2% while the UK is lower by 0.6% and France is down by half as much. EMC shares are up nearly 4% as the data storage company announced Dell is taking it over for approximately $67 billion in cash and shares, making it the biggest tech deal in history.
AAPL had an optimistic ending to last week, following a rough week before that. Despite weakness on Wednesday and again Thursday, hitting a low 108 in early afternoon on moderate volume, AAPL managed to rebound and break 112 in the last hour on Friday into OPEX. AAPL closed the week at 112.09 and saw little change in after-hours.
This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up higher at 112.34 on low volume and by 7:46am, AAPL hit 113 on moderate volume before selling off on high volume down to 112.4 at 8:04am. AAPL has since bounced back a little and is currently up 58 cents at 112.67.
Classic max-pain is 115.
